In 1990 my husband & I purchased a vacant piece of land near Orange Grove and 1st in Tucson. Our goal was to build a home, live in it for two years, then do it again… until we would be debt free, all while we raised two kids and worked full time. Ten years later, we had built three homes and I decided to get my real estate license and be a full time realtor. The first year I ate, slept, and drank real estate so I would learn what the heck I was doing. My hard work paid off and I received Rising Star Award in 2001 at Long Realty. In 2002 I had enough experience and enough transactions to get my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation. In 2003 I Graduated the Realtor Institute and received the GRI designation. At the end of 2008 I went back to real estate school and received my Brokers License which was official in January of 2009.
Education is important to me and I continue to take classes over and above what is required by the State of Arizona. Over the years I have maintained being one of the top agents in Tucson and have had the honor to be a part of Keller Williams ALC 2012, 2015 & 2016. (Associate Leadership Council is comprised of the top twenty percent of the Keller Williams® agent body in the Market Center). In 2016 I moved to be a part of HomeSmart Advantage Group and I am enjoying focusing on clients.
I know what its like to buy property, design and build from the ground up, and also sell that same home. I still love walking vacant land, the smell of saw dust and the sound of construction. I look forward to utilizing my knowledge and experience to help buyers and sellers realize their goals in real estate for years to come!! -- I have helped buyers and sellers in all aspects of real estate for the past 18 years and hope to help you too..
